Dry Erase Message Frame

I've seen these all over blogland. Of course as soon as I want to post some inspiration, I can't find a single one!  Live and learn...bookmark things I want to remake.  :)  Does anyone have a good process for that?  :)

I got the frame at Hobby Lobby for 50% off (I love HL!  They always have everything on sale).  I added some scrapbook paper, jute, buttons, stamped on the words Notes and Sutch, and ended up with a super cute dry erase message center.

Here is a close up of the top.

My little guy, Kason, has his own spot for special messages from Mommy and Daddy...so what if he's 8 months old and can't read.  :)

Enjoy!  Have a wonderful rest of your week! :)

  1. That's super cute, I love it!! And I love your handwriting!

  2. This is super cute! I heard about this idea, but this is the cutest one I've seen.

  3. Great job. I know what you mean about seeing something, knowing you'll remember where...until you go to look for it and should have bookmarked it. I'm debating between a dry erase or chalkboard "What's for dinner" board.

  4. cute idea! i need something like this in my kitchen! hope you'll come link a few things up at my saturday soiree linky party!!

  5. Love it! Is it just a photo frame, right? And you write on the glass? Too cute! I think I may have to try this!

  7. Very cute! I need to make one of these for our family. Maybe then we could get organized.

  8. That's cute. It would never occur to me to decorate the paper under the glass! Duh. I love HL, too! Too bad I don't have one where I live. I always have to visit my mom and make a trip to my favorite store!
